Geeks you say?  There are geeks running this site?  Are they really so interesting that people would want to read what they have to say?

Well, duh!!!

So how geeky are they?   He Geek and She Geek are a happily married geek couple (yes, happily, you wisenheimers).  They fully embrace their geekness, even branding their vehicles with geek license plates.  They not only work as geeks, they live as geeks, have geeky gadgets and geeky interests.  They have a house full of geek paraphenalia – early and late model desktop and laptop computers (working, half-dead and completely dead), routers, cables of all flavors, game consoles of many brands and generations, Fios ( a geek must have), and on and on and geekity geek on!  

In addition to their day geek jobs,  HG and SG own a small web dev company, Design by Geeks.  The running joke is that HG has been designing websites since Al Gore invented the internet.  They are often spotted side by side, laptops open, working on something or other somewhere on the internet.  

HG and SG have offspring who are,  quite frankly and quite sadly, Geek-Impaired.  Although the kidlets are GI, they do have a high GEQ (geek empathy quotient) and are proud of their geek heritage.   They routinely refer to HG and SG as “our geek parents” and offer their parents’ services to those in need of a technology-based clue or three.

Being a geek isn’t all about gadgets and knowing code, it’s a way of life.  But it’s not all geek in the OGL household.  HG and SG both have a wild and wicked interest in sports and music and are community-minded, devoting their “free” time to youth athletics.
