21818940When I got home today there were two – yes TWO – packages waiting for me.  I was so excited I could barely contain my geeky self! Srsly.  One was a very tall box and one was a much smaller rather plain box. What could possibly be in them you ask?

I will post about the new geeky electronic thing that came in the big box later. The smaller box is WAY cooler than that. Did I just say that?!?

Why yes, yes I did.

Dunny, I’m Home

My Lucky Dunny has returned!! He was the beautiful black Lucky Dunny, signed by Shane Jessup at SDCC this year.  The signature was smeared because the ink hadn’t dried, ruining the signature.  I was very sad – no really – devastated.  James went to a great deal of trouble to obtain this wonderful Dunny for me and I ruined it.  I think that the shiny surface kept the ink from properly curing.  But I digress.

My dearest hubby worked miracles and obtained a new signed Lucky Dunny – only this time the insert was also signed. Yay for me!!

But that’s not all!

mrshanejessupI was very happy to see Lucky.  The Village has missed him! What I wasn’t expecting was a surprise that was tucked into the box — a new 2009 Series 3-inch Dunny by Shane Jessup! W00T!  And it was signed!  W00T! W00T!!

On a side note: The Vinyl Village is getting a bit crowded these days.  After recent discussions with James I believe that the Village is being relocated (more on that later).
